It's the lowest price point on the lot, and it's aimed at a specific buyer — someone who plans to inspect in person, do their own repairs, or use the container for a purpose where a few gaps or dents don't matter (raw material for welding projects, temporary cover, non-critical storage).

We'd steer most buyers who need reliable dry storage toward Wind & Watertight instead — the price difference is often smaller than people expect, and WWT at least guarantees the seal. As-Is makes sense when budget is the only factor that matters, or when you're buying with modification plans that will replace the compromised sections anyway.
